The R.O.R. Brand Philosophy
SOMETIMES THE THING YOU'RE TRYING TO FIX IS THE THING YOU'RE READY TO RELEASE
We do not just let things go; we make space, intentionally.
Â
R.O.R. is built on the understanding from therapy & Human Design that in order to fully step into your most potent expression, you must first acknowledge and strip away the layers that no longer serve (known as your "The Not Self"). This then allows the true soul expressed version of you to shine through.

R.O.R is a framework designed to make shadow work, self development and wellness exploration less boring and easier to digest. Emma, the founder, has ADHD so if it is boring AF consider it forgotten! Emma uses labels like the ones below that just makes sense instead of having to learn a whole new language!

the younger self
She could be child you. She also could be the you from last week. She got laughed at, told off, shamed, made to feel guilty, alone or scared. She doesn't have the tools, resources or capacity. She does the best job she can but is limited. When times get tough emotionally she uses whatever coping mechanisms she has to keep her wellbeing as controlled as possible. Discomfort triggered? She unconsciously forwards all decision making over to her body guard. Speak to the manager.Â

R.O.R. uses simple rituals to make an internal decision tangible—helping you mark what you are releasing, what you are choosing instead, and giving your brain and body something memorable to practise to keep it moving.
Â
Rituals alone are not magic fixes; real change happens through awareness, new choices, and repeated real-life immersive evidence you experience.
Â
Adding a bit of whimsy and woo sure does make it more fun and makes sticky shadow work that you actually WANT to do!
SO... WHAT ARE YOU READY TO RELEASE?
The Protector Self
The body guard. The anxious helicopter parent manager. She keeps you small to keep you safe. She uses shame and judgement to coerce you from "being a bad person". There was a time you tried to take up space, be outrageously yourself, say the thing or take bold action and it came with consequences. She came up with rigid rules and costumes to wear so it won't happen again. Ever! She chooses to sacrifice potential wins because it's way too risky - what if it turns out like last time! Discomfort? No thanks!
The Favourite Self
The wise, regulated, sometimes a little feral, unashamed intentional one. The version of you that breathes deeply, acts with desire, and no longer asks for permission. She clears the path. She says and does the thing that feels hard now because she knows it's better for herself in the long run. She knows that if it turns out like last time SHE has what it takes to steer herself out of the traffic jam. She knows when it's appropriate to take calculated risks to expand and doesn't judge if she makes a mistake.
