WELCOME TO THE RITUAL ROOM
Back on the homepage, we talked about your Protector Self, your Favourite Self, and all the conditioning, experiences and influences that can pull you away from the version of you that actually feels like the real you.
but here's the thing
You don't always know what needs releasing first.
You might arrive thinking:
“I need to get over this person.”
And halfway through, realise:
Oh shit. I'm actually carrying the guilt.
Or you might come in wanting to release anger and discover underneath it is grief.
You might think you're dealing with an attachment when actually you're still living by a rule your Protector Self made fifteen years ago.
That's okay.
In fact, that's kind of the point.
You don't have to know the whole fucking map.
You just need to know what feels ready to move now.

what are you ready to release?
Not everything we're ready to release needs the same kind of work.
Sometimes we're carrying something that no longer belongs with us.
Sometimes something inside us feels stuck and needs space to move.
And sometimes we're ready to go deeper — into the patterns, beliefs and identities that have been shaping how we live.
Choose the doorway that feels loudest:

Attachments & Relationships
For the people, relationships, situations and energetic connections that still seem to take up space — even when you'd really rather they didn't.

Stuck Emotions & Stagnant Energy
For the emotions that haven't quite finished moving. Grief, anger, resentment, shame, guilt, fear and all the other heavy shit that can linger in the body, mind and energy.

something deeper
Behaviour, Beliefs & Identity
For when you realise the thing you'd really like to release isn't just a feeling or a person — it's a pattern. An old rule. A belief. A way of being that once protected you but might not belong in your life anymore.
Not sure yet?
That's fine and understandable.
You don't have to know exactly what needs releasing before you begin.
Sometimes you only know that something feels off.
Start there. It gets overwhelming I get it! Let's chat.
